Shannon Spake was born July 23rd of 1976. Shannon Spake is an NASCAR reporter and an Fox Sports college and basketball reporter. Before becoming a Fox Sports reporter, Spake worked at ESPN. She has contributed to SportsCenter's pre- and after-game reports. Additionally, she was a sideline reporter on ESPN basketball and football games, she worked for the SEC. Spake was also a reporter for the brand-new SEC Network, which is part of ESPN. Spake was previously employed by Speed Channel. She hosted NASCAR Nation's second edition (June-November 2005) She also was a reporter on the original edition (February to June of 2005). Back Seat Drivers was also hosted by Spake as well as Marty Smith. Her previous roles include on the air at WCCB, Charlotte, North Carolina as well as Carolina Sports and Entertainment Television.
